Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our road trip this hotel was my favorite! I wish we could have stayed another night or two. The room felt like staying in a cozy cave with all the amenities you need. The staff deserves 6 stars, they were present, helpful, and went above and beyond. The location was great for walking to shops, getting a bite to eat and a short drive to the open-air m. Breakfast fueled us for the day with great options and a nice view. I loved this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at Balloon Cave Hotel for two nights and were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every member of the team was welcoming and attentive, with special thanks to Ibrahim & Hussein at reception for his kindness and helpful nature. The terrace offers breathtaking views over Göreme, especially at sunrise when dozens of hot air balloons float gracefully across the sky — truly unforgettable. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk to Göreme City Centre, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well‑appointed, with excellent amenities and room service available. Mornings began with a hearty breakfast featuring fresh, delicious options. The hotel also has a swimming pool (we didn’t use it, but it looked inviting) and offers booking services for local attractions. A thoughtful touch was their wake‑up call service, perfect for catching the magical early‑morning balloon flights from the terrace. Overall, Balloon Cave Hotel combines comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality — a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Around the hotel some other properties are under construction. But all staffs did there best to make customer comfortable.

We were completely satisfied by our stay at this hotel. It's only 2 floors with maybe 5 rooms on each floor, and the 3rd floor is where the dining room (for breakfast only, included with stay, and very good) as well as the seasonal pool and roof-top patio are located. You can watch the balloons take off from there in the morning. It's a lovely view. The main Goreme commercial (tourist) zone is a few blocks away - a very easy walk with lots of restaurant and souvenir (and ice cream) options. It's a clean and attractive hotel at a reasonable price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and an excellent rooftop to watch the balloons in the morning. The hotel itself was very conveniently located. The area was a bit noisy due to close by construction, but that can’t be helped by the hotel. Everything else was great!

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Very accessible to restaurants and shops. I’ll recommend it to anyone.

We loved this family-run hotel and felt so welcomed and at home. Nothing was too much trouble, from organising tours and an airport transfer, to organising a cork screw for our wine, everything was done with a smile and good cheer. The location was perfect and the hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We would recommend Balloon Cave Hotel and hope to visit again!

Really enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. First, rooms are nice and comfortable, the rooftop patio is perfect for watching the balloons, there is a dome up higher with a heater to sit and enjoy. The breakfast was delicious, they had a variety of eggs, pastries, meats, cheeses, fries, dips, cookies cakes etc... Parking is very easy just out front the hotel, walkable to anything and everything but in a quiet street. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you wish to do. The only issues we had, there was a slight smell in the bathroom which is extremely common..... and this is NOT a cave room or in a cave... this is a hotel with concrete rooms kinda maybe sorta wanting to be a cave.
