There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room; however, there was a microwave available for use. The staff kept guests refrigerated items in a refrigerator and retrieved the items when requsted. That was very helpful. The staff members were great!

Our Ac did not work properly. We were hot for 3 days straight it never got cold enough in the room. I had to come out of my clothes the whole weekend at night.

The air conditioning was not working so had to move rooms. That air conditioning worked poorly so as it barely cooled just overnight. The coffee machine didn’t work. Got a replacement which leaked and again didn’t work properly. The bathroom doors are sliding barn doors. Which look good but are poor in design. We smashed our fingers and hands more than once just trying to shut the bathroom door to use the bathroom. The bathroom was extremely echoey which made it uncomfortable to use. You couldn’t adjust the main shower head so had to make do. Also when we grabbed a towel someone else’s hair fell out of it. So I don’t think the towels are being washed properly. So ended up with a strangers hairball in the bathroom. The shower door is on where you can’t reach anything on the towel racks. And there are 2 main switches by the door that power the whole room. We couldn’t just have the lamps on next to the bed without the entrance way lit up. It’s all or nothing. The floor wasn’t clean with built up dirt clearing showing neglect of cleanliness. The staff didn’t really seem to care and acted like it was an inconvenience. Also when we checked in staff failed to explain use of the room keys to operate the elevator. Another guest had to explain it to us. I have stayed in crack motels better than this hotel. This hotel is just for aesthetics not functionality. I don’t recommend anyone booking it. The deposit fee isn’t listed on any website either and we were hit with a 150 charge.

Had to change rooms because the chase lounge had weird stains on it(disgusting) moved to a slightly better room and it was noisy. I complained to the staff and was told that maybe I should find somewhere else to stay 😡. So this is how the Hilton brand treats its customers? Wow.

The sockets under the lights by the bed were not working. The sockets by light on the counter were not working. We had to use sockets on the walls.

For the price of the hotel, there were no mini refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. AC units weren’t working properly. I’m very surprised that a Hilton hotel did not come complete with things to accommodate us during stay. Room was way over priced for these poor accommodations.

A/C didn’t win first room but when maintenance couldn’t fix it the moved me to another room no problem.

Great spot close to French Quarter but not too close …nice restaurant attached and nice bar

My room was clean and the area was a great location I felt very safe especially with people needing a room key to enter the hotel an elevator.Inly issues I had was the refrigerator or freezer wasn't working at all
