Overall experience was good except the Hotels.com price is more expensive than going direct to the hotel to book. We paid MYR 30 less each room for the second night stay there. I am disappointed with Hotels.com

औसत से नीचे I have booked three rooms. My brother stayed in one. The room has no windows. The pillows smell terribly bad. So was the bed. He couldn't sleep in the bed. When he complained, he was told all other rooms were fully booked. No help was available. When he showed up at the front desk, they suddenly found another room, which was barely satisfactory. He assured me he wouldn't return to the hotel again.

अच्छा The pro is the room was clean and our twin beds were comfortable. Expect the bare minimum as far as amenities are concerned. The bathroom didn't have extra rolls of toilet paper. No towel hooks or racks by the sink. Only tiny tubes of shampoo were available, no soaps given. Standard rooms do not have windows, only deluxe rooms have windows. I didn't know this when I booked this room. Strongly suggest this be made known for booking. If you are looking for a place just to rest your head, you have got it. Like I said, you get the bare minimum. If you expect any more than that, you would be disappointed.
