Perfect stay. Nice looking from the outside, on a quiet street across from a small supermarket. Check in was quick and friendly with water and juice available. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Our teen and tween stayed comfortably in the bunk beds. Laundry detergent was available by the check in desk free of charge and the washer dryer in the room worked really well, way better than any I’ve seen before in Japan. Our clothes were actually dry at the end of the cycle which was so helpful! Our routes for all our sightseeing took us to Tsukiji station, the H/Hibaya line, which was a 5-6 min walk from the hotel along a nice clean route. We didn’t walk to Ginza because it was 20 min or so and we preferred the train instead. They cleaned on a schedule, on the 3rd day of our stay and did a full thorough cleaning but there was a trash can just outside and they collected used towels each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean room, the lobby and every where else, convenient location close to Ginza shopping district and train stations right around the corner, staffs are friendly and helpful, in room laundry definitely is a big plus for travelers. Highly recommend!

Excellent property with great comms before and during stay. They are strict with check out times being 10am, paid extra to stay until 12 & absolutely worth it! The room had everything we needed and free iced coffee in the morning during the summer months! Easy cardless access via codes for elevator and room keypad. Close to two markets (RICO and Aeon) along with 24hr noodle shop and almost 24 hr Beef bowl shop (Yoshinoya).
7-eleven is about 1.5 blocks, Lawson and familymart about 3-blocks away. Close to two train lines: Shintomicho station and Tsukiji station. About 8-10 minute walk to Tsukiji market and also 10-15 min walk to Ginza proper!

Very neat room.
Very convenience with all essentials like cook-ware, cups, plates and even laundromat (wash/dry) combo.
With four (4) parties needed to cover two futons.
I would book again.

Washing machine is a bonus. Took a while to figure out drying. Used AI to translate the buttons. But pretty simple in general.
