Unfortunately, due to an approaching storm, we were unable to spend overnight on this beautiful boat. We left at 12.15pm and were back by 5.45pm. This was not the operators fault, but what was disappointing was the lack of assistance by the operator to pivot us into other accommodation, or help us get to another hotel, which we had to arrange ourselves at very short notice. Despite this, the kayaking, lunch, beach and cave visit were outstanding, as was the views on the cruise.

We booked this stay as a part of our holiday to Hanoi and couldn't recommend this enough. I personally loved every moment of this cruise, from the communication with Bhaya, to the logistics of the transfer, our complimentary upgrade to their better boat, the service on board, the food, the happy hour and activies. It was all fantastic and a great way to see, travel and learn about Halong Bay. Thank you to Kevin and his team who exceeded all of our expectations!

Absolutely loved this trip and all the experiences, the staff were fantastic and so friendly. They knew we were on our honeymoon and went out of their way to make us feel special. Would highly recommend this tour, thank you for such a special time.

We were pleasantly surprised to have been given a complimentary upgrade to the higher-end Auco cruises! The cruise itself was amazing, the staff went all out to make sure our needs were taken care of and their service was simply fantastic! There were also various activities like kayaking and cycling which we could enjoy. Personally I felt that the pace was a little slow as there was a lot of waiting time in between the activities but if you don’t mind just chilling out and enjoying the breathtaking scenery then it’s not a problem at all!

Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must contact this cruise ship 3 days in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi Centre or 47 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Hoan Kiem District, which is 2.5 hours away by car. A roundtrip daily transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long departs between 8:30 AM and 9 AM, at USD 35 per passenger for 2-day, 1-night cruise or USD 40 per passenger for 3-day, 2-night cruise. Following the cruise, a van will transport guests back to Hanoi. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property at least 1 week in advance.
