Staff are very friendly and thoughtful. Guests are allowed to rent bikes without costs for two hours, the roads are very bike friendly. And the view is great.

The room was way smaller than expected. We paid an extra NT2,000 for a sea view room, but the windows were very dirty, which was very disappointing. When taking photos, the dirt on the glass showed up in every picture, which really affected the experience. The toilet also had a noticeable urine smell when we first opened the door. Overall, the room did not feel worth the price because of the small space, dirty windows, and the bathroom cleanliness. However, the paid breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food and most of it tasted great. The free 2-hour bike rental is also a nice bonus for tourists who want to explore the nearby neighborhood and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the

designated smoking area , all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies,and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms ofsmoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobaccoproducts.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activitydetected in guest rooms or on balconies.Guests will be held liable for anydamage to hotel property or amenities.

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Business hours: Brunch 06:30-13:30, Lunch 13:30-16:30, Dinner 17:30-21:00; Manbo Tea Shop carefully selects 100% natural and healthy raw materials without adding any chemical ingredients, Combining the purity of fresh milk from local pastures, under the picky water quality, time and temperature insisted by the employees, the tea is specially blended to be perfect and memorable. Business hours: 10:30-21:00.

In addition, there is a Tea House on the first floor of Serenity Hall. A calm and comfortable tea-tasting space, providing energy yoga tea, soothing spice teak, and other tea products. Business hours: 14:00-21:00.
