The must do spot on your Philippines trip. From start to finish it was perfect. The breakfast, the activities, the attentiveness. The staff at your call and such friendliness. The beautiful villas. The beach. The people you can befriend on the private island. Nothing was ever an issue. They treat you just like family.

I highly recommend this property. From the time you step in the island every experience is curated with the enjoyment and satisfaction of the guests. The hotel staff from the GM to the groundskeeper is super gracious and nice showcasing Filipino hospitality at its best. The only downside is the availability of flights to get to Pangalusian. The flights are very expensive and not reliable. I wish there was another way to get there. I would come back to Pangalusian despite the flight hurdles.

We were a family of 4 adults (parents and daughters) and we stayed in 2 separate beach villas. At the check in we have been told that the two villas are not going to be next to each other. They are actually going to be far from one another. After complaining we got the two rooms next to each other. Also, we have been told by the dive master that we will not be able to dive for at least the first 2-3 days because they don’t have enough staff. I have been in touch with the hotel reservations for almost 8 months and in none of the correspondence I have been told to book the dives in advance. Luckily the resort go us an excellent dive master from El Nido. He (Larry Tonia) saved our trip and made it unforgettable. Re the dive boats, they were not built for diving. The boats are actually extremely unsafe for divers. If you need more information and details about this matter, please free to contact me. The villas were excellent, very spacious, lots of complimentary toiletry, 2 A/C’s, ample closet space, etc. Housekeeping and ground keeping were beyond excellent. The bar on the ground level and the restaurant in the upper level were amazing. The food was excellent and fresh. They accommodate our dietary restrictions every time. The service was in both places was beyond outstanding. Special thanks to Joy, Max, Nors, and everyone else.

Arrival Procedures (for AirSWIFT passengers): • A dedicated Resort Representative will meet you upon arrival at Lio Airport El Nido. • The representative will assist you on your transfer to the El Nido Resorts Jetty Lounge where complimentary light snacks will be served. • You will then be assisted to the Lio Jetty port for your boat transfer to the island resort. For your safety, our team regularly monitors weather and tide forecasts to determine if alternative port arrangements are necessary. Please expect that boat transfers to the islands may either be from Lio Jetty or Dagal-dagal Jetty, which is a short 30-minute van transfer from the airport. Rest assured that regardless of port, all land and boat transfer arrangements will be taken care of by our resorts team. REMINDER: • If you have International connecting flights, please allow 5 hours interval between your arrival in Manila and your scheduled AirSWIFT flight to avoid missed connections. • Check-in time at NAIA Terminal 4 is two hours (2 hours) prior scheduled departure time. The Check-in counter will strictly close 45 minutes prior to departure. • Please note that all visitors to El Nido are required to pay Php 200.00 per person for the airport terminal fee. Arrival Procedures (for non-AirSWIFT passengers): If you are not taking AirSWIFT flights going to the resort, please reconfirm your arrival details 3 days before your arrival date by calling our Reservations Team at +63 917 584 1576 or Front Office at +63 917 843 7906. Please take note of the boat transfer schedules for Pangulasian Island: From Jetty Lounge to Pangulasian Island: 07:45 AM, 12:30 PM, 04:00 PM From Pangulasian Island to Jetty Lounge: 06:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM **Note: Boat transfers schedules are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
