We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for one night. The room facilities were outdated, and many items were broken or in poor condition. The sofa was also dirty, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Property was in a good location close to restaurant and bars etc. Room wasn’t the cleanest, family of 4 shared one bathroom due to cleanness of ensuite in main. Stained toilet seat, thick black hairs in shower. Had to remove shower cap from broken smoke detector in Kitchen?? Maybe should have been worn in shower? Stained carpets, dirty and marked walls etc. Would stay in same area but at different hotel next time.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, a great kitchen. Somewhat rundown just needs a good paint and lounge upgrade and new carpet. Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Bed comfy. I think some people would feel unsafe. Good views. Price reasonable and Cafés close by.

The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff very slow. The desk was unattended and you had to call out or knock to get them to come out and acknowledge you were there

First rooms balcony might as well been the hallway, only a short handrail between the balcony and other rooms (mulgiple) entry. Second apartment had holes in the curtains and one of the towels. Kitchen had 50+ salts, 2 peppers and no sugers, one coffee mug in the cupboard was unwashed and heavily stained. Only 1x remote for 2x airconditioners. Asked for a second key to be advised only one was available. Three stars given due to its location and not the accomodation, showing its age and lack of general maintence.
