The room number 312 was given to us but the Carpet was dirty. I had to request multiple times to get Help. Sajit the manager in Breakfast Lounge was very Courteous and Helpful. Assistant Mgr Miss Shaikh was helpful too.

Our room had beautiful sea views and balcony. Unfortunately our room was not ready on arrival at 3pm and we had to wait an hour to check in. Slow to check in as only one person on the desk.
