The pool had construction going on around so you can’t relax. The restaurants are not as advertised, not open until 10 but 8:30 and one restaurant is only open for the breakfast. The rooms are nice and service is good. The gym doesn’t have cleaning solution but is nice otherwise.

Booked the 2 bedroom but it was a connecting room. One of the bedroom door was blocked, if you want to go out, you had to go thru the other bedroom. It also had apartment in the same building so it is crowded. Not really a 5star hotel in my opinion

Tiles around the swimming pool are lethal. You can see they’ve been fixed numerous times. You stand on one end and the other elevates creating a trip hazard. I tripped up 4 times, I saw one child hurt their foot on the tiles. The swimming pool itself was great. I put the do not disturb button on twice. First time I was telephoned to see if I wanted the room done, the second someone knocked to ask. Both times I was trying to sleep, hence the DND was on. Breakfast was ok, not many western options. The staff were friendly and accommodating in the main.

Reception was warm and supportive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful and polite. I felt comfortable with the space and service, despite a few minor issues during my stay, which were promptly resolved. However, I hope the receptionist will be more mindful of her tone. During checkout, I reported a lost 1 room key I brought out side and used them to accessed in the elevator and open the door which I was certain I put them back at one spot as long as I got in the room. Another one I constantly have them in the room in order to get the room fresh and cool when I get back. Despite explaining this, she raised her voice, implying I should have reported it sooner to avoid a penalty fee. I clarified that I hadn't left the room all morning, but she still scolded me. Eventually, she agreed to waive the fee, but her initial tone left me uncomfortable.

The stay overall was so so. We were charged for the door handle that came off, since they claim we broke it without listening to our explanation.
