बहुत बढ़िया The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that we would like to find out the brand. The towels are super soft. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect and within an easy walk of downtown. We loved having laundry facilities in the room since that enabled us to pack light. The only negatives that come to mind is that it can get noisy during times when the pool area is busy (our room overlooked the pool, so it may not be an issue with all rooms). The bathroom had a shower/tub combo instead of a stand-alone shower. The tub is very deep and may pose a safety concern for those who may have difficulty stepping in and out of the tub. The bathroom lighting around the mirror is somewhat dim. My husband used the gym a couple of times during our stay and commented that the room was too hot, but it had the equipment that he wanted. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Clean room, helpful manager. 2 criticisms. First staff member was a bit rushed and there was a lot of noise from room above and next door. Manager did address the issue. Laundry was conveniently provided.

शानदार The gracious and professional service is one of the key reasons I enjoy staying at this resort in addition to the pool with two hot tubs, patio barbecues, and all of the amenities in the rooms. It is hands-down my favourite place in Canmore.

Everything from check-in, parking, staying, and check-out was easy and straight forward. Room ambiance and decor was superb including the mountain view, its been a memorable trip for our child, will be sure to return in the future.
