Surprised by the many stellar reviews for this hotel. Staff was pretty rude in general. Bed was not very comfortable. Duvet and bottom sheet only. Had to beg for additional towels. While I am a big supporter of eco friendly accommodations, there were two of us staying in the room and only one set of towels to share. Asked for an additional set the first day and didn’t get any. Had to ask again the second day and got one more single towel. Also, apparently there is a daily allowance for toilet paper here as well, bizarre. Toiletries were all less than half full and give a run down impression, like staying in a frat boys apartment. Last, the biggest spider I’ve ever seen crawling on the curtains. Spiders happen but memorable nonetheless. Wouldn’t recommend, won’t stay again.

The room was clean, but the fixed carpet under the bed didn’t feel very hygienic. The hotel is nice and cozy, but the management doesn’t quite match a 4-star standard. The shower in our room leaked water all over the bathroom because the door didn’t close properly, so we asked for it to be fixed or for a room change. They moved us to a much smaller room than the one we had booked (minimum 16 sqm), which felt quite claustrophobic and had a similar issue with the shower. I tried to explain that the problem is that the doors of the showers are mounted the wrong way, so the water spills outside instead of staying inside the shower. I had to insist to get the previous room, although it was not clean anymore, as they said they had no other rooms to allocate. overall, the staff is nice, the SPA is clean but very very small, the management is not the best. Location is good, especially if you need to connect to Orly

We love the location and the rooms are very clean. However, we booked a double room for my kids and only a queen bed was available at first. The staff was helpful and switched them to another room the next day said there was only like six double rooms in the whole hotel available. So there’s no guarantee if you request one you will get one. Anyway, other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. The room’s air-conditioning would only go down to 18°C, which was pretty hot at night. Luckily it cooled off while we were there. Pool and amenities were nice of the steam room is not working.

Great location for this hotel. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. Make sure to stop and see the bartender. Hands down the best bartender in Paris. He makes every drink from scratch and they are his own creation. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and staff very helpful and friendly. On the last day they asked if they could keep our luggage as we had a late flight which allowed us to go and make the most of our last day. The room was also very clean and modern

A boutique hotel in the best location for visit to the right banks of Paris. Laz Urbain Spa hotel is a 4 star hotel with all the amenities that you would need. The best part of the Laz hotel is its welcoming staff, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Definitely great for couples !

The pool was to cold, this also affected the bubble spa. The dirty laundry was sent out. Would be more convenient to have washer and dryer on premises. I would of preferred blankets and sheets for the bedding. The comforter supplied was mostly to warm.
