Needs some Reno’s, could be a nice location with some clean up.

The room was clean but very small. . The staff were excellent. The location was a little out of the way, it was hard to get a Tuktuk where we were but we could walk into town.
The property needs some renovations, everything was old and the grounds were unkempt and messy. A garbage can got knocked over and it took them two days to clean it up.

Booked 2 nights a month before our stay, they took the money and then with less than 24 hours before we where due to check in they emailed saying they are fully booked and have to cancel my stay. Unprofessional or incompetent or both either way it shouldn't have happened. Maybe look at staying somewhere else rather than Diamond De Siquijor Beach House

Not a Customer-Centric hotel! The only reason I rated 3 star is for the location, but service is VERY POOR! We are wanted to check out at 5:30 or 6AM and they will bot give us our deposit, since they say that they are not awake yet at that time, so we had to leave the keys and tv remote the night before just to get our deposit -FD is not friendly at all! Also, they charge extra for room service

Nice area, lovely view, nice food, nice family. Only problem was the brownouts, not the families fault. I would stay again.

The price is appropriate for the facility. If you are looking for a resort with all the amenities this isn’t it. If you’re on a budget but you still want a decent room this is it. Friendly staff and family owned.

The people were very sweet but unfortunately the room was very dirty and ants were dropping from the ceiling. They had to raid our room but that still did not work.
Also our room was right beside the road which was very noisy. I’m sure if you got a room closer to the water you wouldn’t hear the cars driving by.
We only stayed there for a night as it was conveniently close to the pier.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The food was good, and the view intoxicating.
