Complicated welcoming screen and not well coordinated with customers' renewal stays. I could have easily ended up without access to my room between 10am and 4pm. I had to stay home that day. Very inconvenient!

Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma l’esperienza è stata più che positiva. Self check in velocissimo, camera bella, grande e pulita. Parcheggio gratuito davanti alla mia camera (stanza Dubai) La mia meta era Berna e la stazione è proprio lì davanti. In 15 minuti di treno si è in centro Berna. Consigliato se si vuole risparmiare sull’alloggio e sul parcheggio.
Ottima esperienza.

Also: In der Ausschreibung wurde nichts gesagt von einem Smart-Hotel. Da sind wir als ältere Semester immer etwas skeptisch. Das Hotel war ok, die Auskünfte des Besitzers prompt, er bot einen Wechsel auf ein gleichwertiges und doch etwas angenehmeres Zimmer an. Einchecken am Registrierautomaten schweisstreibend wie immer, aber wir beruhigt, dem Besitzer im Störfall anrufen zu können. Unsere Kritik: Bitte in allen Inseraten klar bezeichnen: Hotel ohne persönliche Récéption. Dann weiss man es.

Very easy to use and a key location for our road trip.
Instructions were easy to follow and the unique/ niche offering of the room really made it feel comfortable.
Parking wasn’t so clear to pay, as the machines did not recognise the spot we parked in.
Shops nearby was owned by a local and he was very helpful.

This was my first "self service" hotel. It was very clean, even though it's next to the tain station, there is virtually no outside noise. There is a small convience store and a really good restaurant close by and a 20 minute train ride into Bern

Very efficient booking, checkin and checkout experience. Great for a sleep over. Away from everything and anything so not a touristic stop.
