Room was really small staff wasn’t helpful I landed in Madrid at 5:30 am arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am asked for an early check in cause I was really tired they told me to come back at 1pm I did and I was injured from a car accident they let me in the lobby until 3:00pm exactly with no assistance and nothing

The hotel was in a great location that we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see, i.e. Prado Museum, the Palace. And if you didn't want to walk, the Metro is right outside. The staff was very friendly and helped us get a cab when we need to go to the airport on our last day. The roof top was nice but very hot when there so I didn't go up there but my friend did and enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable.

Nice place, great location. We were upgraded to a larger room. Shower was great, bed, wonderful, 3 small balconies, awesome. Issue with the commode feeling like you have no privacy. My guy could watch me from the bed (& see one eyeball staring back at him). Felt like I was sitting right beside him. We played rap music for privacy. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. We didn’t use the pool, but the pool bar was great & they had mezcal!

Friendly and helpful front desk staff! I was impressed that the man who helped us spoke English and French on top of Spanish. The room was comfortable and well equipped. It was a bit frustrating that the rooftop pool closes so early. Other than that, great hotel in a convenient location.
