Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable. The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight. What was most disappointing was that we never received a refund for the shuttle service we paid for but never received. Apart from that issue, the stay itself was good, but this situation definitely left a negative final impression.

Didn't see any pets. Rooms clean. Handy to airport. Never used the shuttle to airport. Would stay there again.

After getting our rental car, we arrived LATE after hours. The key was easily accessible in the lock box. The room was perfect for a one night stay after a flight. Left early the next morning but the hosts were helpful and very kind in giving us advice. I would stay again!!

not sure did not travel with pet. Hired car but they did have shuttle for pickup and drop off. Room was enough for what we wanted,bed shower tea coffee,tv but didnt use ,fridge ,good size milk some you get little round drops.
