Room is tired, service is terrible. The flush in the bathroom would not work so had to bring the maintenance man to “fix “ this happened the whole duration of our stay, they wouldn’t change us room when they told us they would . Calling room service when you only speak English starts with everyone just closing the phone on you . They don’t have the facility for an iron , after requesting one for over 2 hours being told that they will bring me one I find out that you need to go down two floors and use a communial iron . This is the service for $400 a night . So disappointing

מלון ישן מאוד, מרגיש ישן ולא שווה את המחיר מרגיש מיושן והרבה דברים פשוט לא עובדים. לדוגמא המזגן לא עבד לילה שלם. שילמנו 2000 שח ללילה, 4000 שח עבור 2 לילות כאשר בלילה השני המזגן פשוט לא עבד ולא הצליחו לתקן ואמרו לנו שאין מה לעשות. very old hotel, many things not working and not maintained properly don't waste your money - go to a newly build hotel

Very poor condition, we changed the room because of broken shower, cigarettes were all over the terrace, the furnitures are full of stains, the food section is full of dirt (chairs and tables) that’s not even close to be a hotel that asking for 500$ per night. It’s the 7th time we’ve visited this hotel and the last one.

I would never choose to stay anywhere else in Eilat. If you ever close your eyes and dream of the perfect vacation a d the perfect hotel, then Herods Palace is that place! Hard to imagine something better. Eilat plus Herods equal perfect vacation. Almost anything i could say would not be enough or do it justice so I hope the 2 key words - perfect vacation- would convince anyone to give it a try!

Service was so bad that is not even possible to grade. The condition of the hotel is very old. If I just took a look in online reviews on this hotel I would never go there. This was probably the worst stay I ever had in Israel in my whole life.

That’s not value for money at all. Not good condition, not great service, food must be much more fresh.
