Hébergement très bien situé pour les transports, très bon déjeuner, ambiance agréable. Chambre confortable et bien propre.

We had a family room for two nights to attend a sporting event at Stade Jean Bouin/PSG & it was ideal location to walk. It is in a business district so quiet at the weekend. The hotel is next door to a lovely Italian restaurant. The hotel has a little shop in the reception area selling drinks non and alcoholic, food - sandwiches, salads and microwave meals that can be used in the kitchen area in our room. The metro is minutes away walk and Ubers are readily available. If we were going into Paris with a family we’d say stay nearer but perfect for the stadium or for a work trip.

An easy 5/5. Great staffs, close to the RER and plenty of restaurants. A location that you wont regret to stay

Acces to Train C is a stone throw away

I stayed at this hotel during the May heatwave, when temperatures exceeded 32°C. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work throughout our stay.. I reported the issue shortly after arrival on 28th May, I was told to press the button until the light turned green, indicating the system was operating. When this failed to cool the room, a staff member attended and confirmed the air conditioning was not working. We were given a fan and advised that maintenance would investigate the next day. On Friday 29 May, an engineer visited and again explained that the green light meant the system was on. We explained that it was not producing cool air. He said there had been a problem the previous day but that it had been resolved. However, when we returned that evening, the room was still very hot and the air conditioning was not working. On Saturday 30 May, I reported the fault again. One receptionist told me there was an issue affecting the hotel and that the air conditioning would operate for only a couple of hours before shutting down. That evening, another receptionist appeared surprised the problem was unresolved and denied there was a wider issue. When I said I would have requested another room had I known the problem would continue, I was told none were available. Despite repeated reports over three days, the fault was never fixed. The lack of a resolution, conflicting information and extreme heat made for a very uncomfortable stay. I do not recommend this hotel

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location! This hotel’s location is fantastic and very close to the regional train station, which made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Room are very small , staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was not good at all.

Shower floor design is not safe. Dresser cabinet was broken. Dividers curtain doesn’t properly close. Staff are excellent. They are very helpful.

Un lugar lindo y entretenido.

Room temp control did not work, and no aircon, would be very warm in the summer. We stayed in Spring -20-23 degrees daytime outdoors. Great public transport connection to everywhere with RER line C. Does not have own restaurant but plenty in the surrounding area. We did not have breakfast as lovely bakery near by and other cafes. Carpark underground, extra charge, limited spaces book in advance.
