We appreciated that there were many choices around property to enjoy a good variety of eateries in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Parking was a little frustrating especially when it is full and needed to park at a different hotel. I feel like if I am paying parking fee daily we should be able to park on property or they should offer valet to bring vehicle off site where we should not be walking to property from parking. I have some limited mobility and climbing the ramp from the other property in parking garage was very dangerous for me

Overall great hotel. My only issue is that the parking at the hotel is limited as first come first serve. Overflow parking is in the discovery bay hotel parking. But the room we had was great, and the staff were nice and informative.

The facility was close to the beach and several eateries and stores. Due to limited parking every place in the area will charge for parking. This area charges 30 dollars per night, but safe. This facility does not offer complimentary breakfast. The cost is very affordable, but convenience to the beach is worth the stay. If you stay along the beach expect to pay over 400 dollars per night. Shop around on what you want and expect to pay. For Waikīkī it was acceptable for a budget stay. Try the north shore for less crowded areas, but expect to pay more!!

Excellent property. Great customer service and very helpful employees. Very nice having a separate ice machine and cold water dispenser so you can fill up your jugs of water for the day. Everything was clean. I would stay here again.
