Staff very nice. Breakfast was good. Aircon didn’t work. Shower didn’t drain well. They need fans in breakfast area. Parking was interesting, but we managed. Neighborhood isn’t the best but a beautiful view of the mountains.

Nice room with an amazing view across the bay, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Car parking was rather tight
It is a long way up the hill and too far to walk to the beach or shops, some of the area in between was safe to drive but not so sure about walking
Make sure to ask for a room on the upper floor for the view

We had double room with stunning view of Hout bay. Large room and quality bath room. With our room came garaged parking. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Downside: the area close to property feels quite unsafe and I wouldn't walk with my wife and daughter there. Access to a car a necessity in my opinion.

Good value for the money, safe parking, for me inside the garage which was an unexpected bonus.
Henry and Jeremiah very helpful.

Hout Bay Breeze was fantastic - great location, AMAZING view from my room (#4) and the best part was the wonderful staff. Always there to help, answer questions and ensure you have a lovely breakfast. As a vegan, I do not expect much for breakfast at a B&B but the team at HBB went out of their way to ensure I was fed! I felt special and very welcome!
