Normalmente nem avalio os hoteis que me hospedo mas esse eu preciso, por respeito a quem esta procurando estadias, pois se eu tivesse sido avisada nao ignoraria, nada estava certo Primeiro, o elevador é velho, sem manutenção, sem ventilação e tinha um papel colado escrita a mao que dizia "se ficar preso no elevador ligue para esse numero", assustador! Meu colchão era tao velho e ruim que sentia as molas quando meu marido se mexia, o travesseiro era duro como pedra A cortina estava manchada de forma nojenta Os moveis condizem com o anuncio, mas aparentam uns 20 anos de uso e estao caindo aos pedaços A pia do banheiro só estava encaixada, nada parafusado, extremamente perigoso O chuveiro era fraco, estavamos em 3 e sempre faltava agua quente para um de nós Havia buracos e rachaduras por todos os lados, parte do teto do banheiro (forro) estava caindo Havia anos de sujeira nao limpa embaixo da cama e do frigobar, que encontrei desligado no check-in, dificultando o acesso a agua gelada na primeira noite Após meu check-out recebi um e-mail de agradecimento em italiano, mas sou brasileira, informações fornecidas no check-in, fato que para mim só ressaltou ainda mais o descaso Nao recomendo, nao voltaria e só não pedi para o suporte me trocar de lugar porque eu nao tinha tempo para o aborrecimento e estresse que isso me causaria Nesse valor tem varios hoteis bons em patong, esse nao é um deles na minha opinião

Really poor. The staff are very rude, the room needs complete renovation - a real shame.

Firstly the staff weren’t pleasant as you’d normally come to know with hotels in Patong. Unfriendly, unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered to make me feel welcome. Arrived to find a mattress that was clearly so badly damaged yet they argued that it was the bedding that made it look ‘wavy’. Eventually got the mattress changed for it to be no better than the first. Slept terribly for the time I was there. Staff refused to change my room. Had to get a plumber in to sort the shower. The cupboard stank so bad I couldn’t unpack my clothes. Lastly offered no help for a later check out not even for two hours after I offered to pay. Will definitely not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff excellent service great very clean

We stayed 2 nights and it was ok up to a certain expense. We were a party of 8 so the adjacent room was good! Pictures are deceiving! The sheets were torn and some with stains! They made our beds everyday but kept the same sheets because my pillow had the same stains on the same spot! We spot roaches in the room! The place is well located near everything and their attention is awesome! Just need some TLC!

Location was good as it’s very close to Patong market. Facilities were very run down, shower water is leaking from the hose than coming out of the shower head. When other people flushing their toilets, we hear about it in our room. Bed sheets are old, grey/yellow ish instead of their normal white, and have tears or holes. Our room was not cleaned for us when we checked in, we found hair/sand in our beds, bed sheets are stained, shower bottles half used & open, floor has residue food on it. We had to insist that it be clean again with bed sheets changed. The lady on the counter also refused to give us breakfast even our voucher said it’s breakfast included. We checked out the next day even when we have paid for 6 nights. Very unhappy with the overall experience

Sir not working properly, if you going with children it not good because the room is very close other people complain. Life sensor is not good . Don’t try to put your hand. No parking facility Good things: The workers are very good and helpful

The hotel room was clean and the staff were always friendly. Room was good for the price and because there wasn’t much at the hotel it made us want to go sightseeing for the day. It had air conditioning and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast good, but we had to confirm and clarify with Management that despite that we chose our rooms with BF.. they had to check it with their Manager.. Back again to the same guesthouse in 6 months.

Get shocked,,, when they say asking to pay one more time,,, then they say system never capture,,,, there is no coupon or ticket for morning break fast,,, when me and my family with kids go have a break fast they give me a bill to pay which give me another shocking ,,, as My package already include break fast,,, so next 2 days I scared to eat break fast or any service scared they going to charge,, rest all it’s ok,,, please have a proper communication
