Great staff. The room was so roomy and comfortable , great for a family of 5. The complimentary breakfast and the complimentary bus shuttles to Universal Parks and City walk were all excellent add ones!

Great last minute decision. Needed due to no AC at hotel we were staying at and it ended up being a great night for my family of 9 and needing 2 rooms on such short notice. Enjoyed a nice breakfast too!

The staff was super nice! Breakfast was not too bad. Loved the check out time. The only item that we found not as great was the room or rather the bed. It was not comfortable and the air went was aimed to directly blow on top of our heads. We were not able to adjust where the air blows. Some of the furniture has seen better days. But the bathroom was updated and I appreciate a clean bathroom.

The only thing bad was the floor in the room was nasty. The carpet was really dirty I had to make sure I wore my sandles when I walked in the room and the shower was not as strong in pressure as I thought it would.

Shuttle for universal was nice. The location was great for my family. Plenty of room in the suite. However, mattresses were extremely firm and thread seams on one of the beds was coming apart. Staff was helpful and the universal desk was great for helping us navigate our day at universal.

Very convenient location to Universal with shuttle transportation to Universal: One shuttle brings you to Epic, and a different shuttle heads to USF/Volcano Bay/Islands of Adventure/Universal City Walk (drops you off at the City Walk and you head to park of choice- Volcano Bay requires an additional shuttle ride that picks up at City Walk). The schedule is rigid so if they don't fit in your plan, it's still a quick Uber/Lyft ride away (i.e. Shuttle schedule June 2026 to Epic were 8am, 9:10am, 10:20am, and 11:35am). Clean hotel, breakfast was good and front desk staff were wonderful. We used the laundry facilities right before our cruise (washer and dryer were $5/each). Pool towels are also provided.

They charge for parking, and if you don't pay for some reason, they call a tow truck to haul your car away; the breakfast isn't worth it, and don't even get me started on the drinks—they use cheap juices and the coffee is disgusting.
