Room was old, dirty bathroom was moldy, the shower curtain was very moldy. Room smelled bad like old cigarettes.

Check in and got a room very right at the corner to the main road and street and also beside the pedestrian overhead bridge. Noise of vehicles and human walking talking through the we hours and wasn’t able have a deep sleep. Would be a 2* hotel instead.

Unfortunately, the room I don’t think was cleaned very well by us getting there literally had to wipe off someone’s beard shavings off of the bathroom sink unfortunately not a very well-maintained property dust under the beds, not vacuumed. Praying that at least the sheets were changed. Everyone working the front desk, though was very kind and very helpful. Wouldn’t return to stay at this location again.

The hotel was poorly maintained and very dirty. Housekeeping only replaces a couple towels daily, empties garbage, and makes the bed with as little effort as possible. The location is convenenient however it does not make up for the poor quality of service and room.

Room was decent, though the building and amenities in the bathroom are tired and really need a freshen up (cover for shower tap came off when using). Conveniently located and plenty of food options near by. Staff were very helpful, would consider staying here again.

Aircon leaking water quite badly from the ceiling. Called reception and they got maintenance to check. Seems like the maintenance knew of this issue before but they just put towels in the ceiling to soak up all the leaks. All they did was change the towels. Room has this permanent and persistent damp smell. I stayed in some bad hotels in HK. This one takes the cake.

Located in a convenient area with lots of local eateries and shops. Can walk to MTR station within 10 minutes. The room was quiet despite distance to the main roads. Space was a bit limited but we didn't pay a lot.
