The room and bathroom were clean, and the housekeeping staff was very polite. The entire staff was friendly, especially the restaurant team, who provided excellent service.
The front desk staff was courteous; however, they were not very helpful in accommodating our request to have all three rooms for our group located together. Despite my request, we were assigned rooms on three different floors. We were told the hotel was fully booked, but it did not appear to be the case.
The main drawbacks were the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the shower. The water pressure was low, and the showerhead caused water to splash everywhere, making it uncomfortable to use.
Overall, the staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean, but a few improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Please call ahead to make sure the streets are open. We had a shocking experience when we arrived. We had to walk several blocks with our luggage. There was a strike and people were on the streets sleeping and blocking the entrances. Also the room was poorly maintained. I came back with many bug bites. Even though I reported the itching and the stained bedsheets and requested clean sheets, the situation did not improve. The property is in a good location with many restaurants around but with the protests many places were closed. I don't think I would stay at this property again just because of the poor attention to the rooms. The coffee pot was very filthy as well.

I loved how the hotel was in the middle of el centro so all we had to do was walk out the hotel and we were in walking distance to bella artes, zocalo, Barrio Chino and many more things. The hotel was very clean and they were very welcoming.
