बहुत बढ़ियापार्टनर के साथ रहे
They sent a welcome message the day before we were scheduled to arrive which had a lot of good information, including that the front desk sometimes goes on breaks which was our experience when we arrived. If I hadn't seen that message I might've been a bit annoyed.
The hotel does not have any carpeting which is an interesting choice as it made the room more noisy than most, but the room was also pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The hot drink and water dispensers they had in the lobby were most excellent! We knew they did not offer a breakfast bar of any type but didn't realize there wasn't any type of place within walking distance - not their fault. The staff was friendly and the couple of questions we had they were quick to help with.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive, the lobby and property itself was very queen. The rooms are super spacious, however we never got our room cleaned the 3 nights we stayed. I’m not sure if it was per request and maybe thats why, but thats the only reason I docked it one point. Great location too, no tourist spot was more than 30 minutes away, and close to Kia Forum!

The rooms are large....and the beds are comfortable. I do understand how the rates can go up on the weekend, but I paid more for a Friday than I did for 2 days during the week. The parking lot was getting resurfaced during my stay so the parking was scarce. It's a quiet place and its nice overall

Just needed a spot for a night. Very large rooms and clean. Lots of parking. Had a nice lobby with coffee and sparkling waters for guests. I'd stay here again.

If you choose to stay here, you will need a car, but keep in mind that parking is an additional charge.
Unfortunately, our experience was not a pleasant one. The safe in our room was broken, the bedside lamps did not work, and we had ongoing issues with the TV remote. Our room was also not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. In addition, the reception staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming at check-in.
Overall, we felt the property fell short of our expectations, particularly in terms of room maintenance and customer service.

Room smelled when we got to the room. Think it’s from the ac. Went down and asked for extra pillows and staff said they couldn’t give out extra pillows.
