No one on full time duty and we were lucky that we arrived when the attendant happen to walk in. ( No prior notice or anything publicized about this other than check in between 3 and 6 p.m.) Rooms did not have any cups or bath soap. Room was very modest and simple. Towels were old and need to be replaced.

The room was clean, we were not able to figure out how to use hot water, no instructions and no one to ask.
Internet is very poor, working only on the 1 st flr not at all in our room on thr second, we spent hours standing in cold dark lobby to get reception for checking in for our flights and planning the road
Parking is also a problem around that place.

Booked last minute for one night. Price good, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable with traditional decor. Nice proprietor too.

We arrived at 10pm and they told us the room we had already booked was no longer available. We've not had a refund yet.

Lovely one night stay on our way to Rimini after an evening flight into Pisa. We had large room with direct access to a huge shared terrace. Lovely host, secure parking in a large garage next to the propery and 3 nice restaurant/ pizzerias close by.
