Some of the things I didn’t like - the AC was noisy for some reason . No way to fix the noise.
The room didn’t provide eating utensils and the front desk didn’t have any either so they couldn’t bring any up to the room.
I had made a certain request when I was checking in and it was not met. I had to come back down and get it straightened out. Not sure if she wasn’t listening or just didn’t care.
Things I found good -
Room was quite spacious.
Shower was good with 2 choices (hand held showerhead and rainfall) and water pressure was strong.
Very convenient location .
Overall I was satisfied. It’s not the Four Seasons or Rosewood but I didn’t have to pay those prices either.

Location is great for me. I only need a place to rest at night, this hotel is perfect for me.

Room is old and quite run down. Toilet has bad smell. The only plus point is location. Very convenient to travel to hk island.

It's convenient and quiet location. Restaurants and transportations around are unique. Not crowded nor busy within the property which offers comfort and peacefulness.
