Open check in, we were told I qualified for a complimentary bottle of wine because I was a Rewards Member. I didn't receive it at check in. I then called the front desk and ask for it. He said be'd get for me and never did. Annoying!

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and shops, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool area and breakfast were also great bonuses, and having electric car charging available in the parking area was especially convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it when visiting Los Angeles.

We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel and cannot recommend it enough for anyone visiting West Hollywood. The location is unbeatable. Being right on the Sunset Strip puts you in the heart of everything. It felt incredibly central and safe, with famous spots, great restaurants, and comedy clubs just a short walk away, and convenient parking. The complimentary breakfast was the perfect way to kick-start our mornings. It went way beyond a basic continental spread. It had a variety of hot options like eggs, breakfast potatoes and bacon. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Between the perfect location, the delicious breakfast, and the top-tier service, this hotel offers incredible value for West Hollywood. We will definitely be back!
