Loved our experience here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend booking with the half board plan so that you have breakfast AND dinner included as dinner options in the area are scare from what we observed. Meals were delicious. 30 min walk to snow monkey park - and the walk is stunning. Both the public onsen and both private onsens at the hotel were wonderful. Would stay here again!

The snow monkeys were within walking distance. The rooms were large, and the views were beautiful. Communication with staff is complicated.

The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean.
We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious.
The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics.
We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool.

Stayed 2 nights and had an AMAZING experience. Dinner was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed embracing the Japanese culture while wearing the Yukata throughout! Onsens were a great time. Highly recommended!!!

Food was amazing! Everyone was really accommodating and friendly. The location is right next to the snow monkey park. Would recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Nagano.

We had an amazing and relaxing 2 night stay here. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the Kaiseki meals and breakfasts were great (and huge). The public and private onsens were really nice, and not crowded at all possibly because we visited during the summer. Great location to visit the snow monkey park!

Was a most wonderful and relaxing experience. Only the fact that the indoor pool is closed for the whole month of June was disappointing.
