Hi, I stayed for three nights. The good points: cleanliness, check-in/check-out, and location. The horrible points: the breakfast—there were no options, just scrambled eggs, and the omelets were poorly made (undercooked). The chef would get annoyed if you asked for extra ingredients, so I eventually stopped asking for anything else. There was no fruit, and if you wanted to make a salad, there was only lettuce—terrible. You’re better off eating outside the hotel; don't waste your money there. Also, I was stopped at the restaurant entrance because the name didn't match the room number; the receptionist made me go back up to my room to check the number, only for us to discover that the registration record itself was wrong. It was a really unpleasant experience.

The staff is very friendly. The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is located near Tanjon Pagar MRT station so it is very easy to get to any place in Singapore. Lots of restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Singapore. Everything at the hotel was really good. 1. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in. They tried every way to get us checked in early at no cost and even brought up all our luggage to the room. 2. The room was very nice. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge as well. 3. Breakfast/ swimming pool & hotel location were all good. Again, highly recommend this hotel even though it might be more expensive than the other one.

Comfortable clean rooms, wonderful staff, a sumptuous buffet breakfast. Close to two MRT stations, one within 5 min walk and a groceries convenience store in the China town.
