Room was nice for my wife and I are on our weekend getaway. The hotel is in a great location within the Gaslamp district. I would stay here again.

The first day they have an event in the area of the pool, a private event. And even they offer you to go to a pool of the nearest hotel, I don’t think is the best way to all the guests. The next day the pool was dirty with hairs and like a black dust. I think this hotel is overhyped.

What an incredible property Hard Rock has! 🤘 It is outstanding in terms of location, comfort, food, and above all, impeccable service. I would like to give special recognition to Nuvia, who not only treated us exceptionally well but also found a solution to the issue with the TV in our room. She provided the highest level of service, and her effort and dedication are a tremendous asset to this hotel. Having someone who doesn't just worry about a problem but actually solves it makes all the difference. Thank you so much for everything and for making my stay far better than I ever expected.

The front desk area smelled amazing and the staff were very professional! The view from level 8 was cool - we looked toward the back of the stadium. The pool and jacuzzi were most enjoyed by me and my husband; going early in the morning helped us avoid too much foot traffic. The only suggestion I would ever have for Hard Rock hotel is to make the beds a bit less firmer. However, the location is absolutely amazing. Thank you for such a good experience!!

The hotel is well located to the convention center in the Gaslamp District. The staff that I encountered was friendly. The amenities are tired. Millwork and furniture in the room was quite beat up. The room we had was touted as family friendly but ultimately a split toilet room shower room with frosted glass doors and panels is not for the fam… Confusion among the staff existed around the pool and pool bar open/available times. And know that noon to 6 on Saturday’s you can’t have anyone under 21 at the pool area.
