If ur a non smoker with family this is not the place for you, next door was drinking & smoking so we couldnt use the balcony because they allow smoking & it fuggen reeks.
View & location amazing, apartments layout is nice but its old & well used & definitely needs a deep clean or full reno, its nice its just a shame about the smokers & drinkers, should be a smoke free zone or go smoke in the car park away from people.

We stayed over night after attending a Family function. Our suite was very functional with provision of tea/coffee making facilities, cups, glasses, crockery, microwave and fridge. This information was unclear on the booking site and was a pleasant surprise. Suggest if a stay of more than one night is planned book an upgrade to a room with a view over Encounter Bay.

It was opened space so no separating the room for sleeping or watching television This is no one fault but I didn’t enjoy the sleeping area as when I wanted to sleep my partner wanted to watch television and in the morning the same problem i wanted to sleep in and he wanted to be up watching television Anyway the room was set up well and the bed was extremely comfortable so thank you
