Nice location near the airport. Also not too far of an Uber ride to the Richmond neighborhood of London, which is a great place to walk around.

I took a bus from the airport; the journey went smoothly, and the bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Although the hotel itself is showing its age a bit, it was very clean, well-soundproofed, and the bed and shower were comfortable. One downside was that the windows were quite dirty; as I had been looking forward to watching planes take off and land, this was a bit disappointing. The staff were kind and provided excellent service, making for a pleasant one-night stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Room was adequate for one night before going to the airport early. Breakfast was extensive and very good. There is no shuttle to the airport....had to use Uber.

This hotel is an easy bus ride from terminal 2. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was great. Price was good. Food was good too.

The room was clean. The bar offered wonderful sandwiches and burgers. Reasonable rates. Not walkable. But lots of things a short uber ride.

Only crashed here the night before and early flight. All was great and will definitely stay here again. Airport Shuttle picked up in front of hotel; small fee paid upon entry.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. A big plus is that the bar is open till midnight and they serve excellent food there. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were very quiet even though the hotel was full.
