We found this hotel very appealing in the Phang Na area. Three beautiful pools with with swim around access to first level rooms. There is jacuzzis within the pool and a hot tub in the middle area of pool. The most disappointing aspect was the food at the restaurant, quality and preparation was inferior. Breakfast poached eggs were served cold then slightly warmed up in boiling water. However this was not sufficient to serve a proper temperature. Pasta at dinner was very disappointing with poorly cooker spaghetti and mat sauce with unusual taste. Not a palatable meal by any standards. The large number of Indian guests leads me to believe the hotel really caters to the Indian demographic. The best food was a milk shake at the Le Scoop near the pools, all other offerings including the Pizza were disappointing thereby not recommended

The room was clean, with daily housekeeping. Staff were very attentive to our baby and always interacting with her. Swim-up room was great!

Property can come across a little dated but it’s really well maintained and the staff are really so helpful. It can be busy with weddings and parts of the hotel can be closed off.
