I reported the damaged net curtain to the front desk on the morning after I checked in. The curtain was torn in the middle, making the damage clearly visible and unacceptable for a guest room. The staff assured me that it would be replaced later that day. However, I was very disappointed to find that the replacement net curtain was in even worse condition, as it was torn at both ends. Replacing one damaged curtain with another that was also torn demonstrated a lack of attention to the condition of the room and did not resolve the issue I had reported. Please see the attached photographs, which clearly show the condition of both the original and replacement net curtains.

Beautiful hotel, really convenient location to many great spots. Close by to the airport and shops. Kind and friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. Highly recommend.

Shocking! Cleanliness is not good, dust everywhere. Outdated room and lack of maintenance everywhere. Laundry facility is besides gym, the dryer needed to be clean - do I did it! Wardrobe doors falling and noise. Toilet: door noisy, wc very loud, smells like dampness, ventilation is bad. Towel in bad condition. Won’t be coming again. Shocking!!

The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells.

The first expression I had for this hotel was their staff. They were all helpful and super polite! The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The year-old stains inside the bathroom aren’t very pleasant.
