Room was very clean. The lobby coffee and late night instant noodles were a nice added bonus. The Breakfast was quite substantial and fresh! Will definitely stay here again when visiting!

The location is great. You have Taipei’s Central Park and the subway station right next to the hotel. A 24-hour convenient store and a pharmacy are close. The cafeteria food is great. The laundry room is clean and easy to use. The room is very comfortable and impeccable. We love the pressure of the water and enjoyed the hot bath there.

Inside room was ok, lots of lights. Small window in bathroom so could see weather! Had to step into high tub to use shower. Small closet, 6 items?; no shelves in bathroom for kit, no shelves or drawers in room, just one 8foot counter with chair. Looks like all new renovation, think 5th floor closed for renovations, but didn’t notice except when elevator stopped there. Bit softer bed than other places was good. Right beside Daan Park MRT exit. But 50ish stairs at closest exit #1, think further exit had elevator?

Loved the location in front of Daan Park. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay but on the two times it wasn’t raining, went for a run in the park. MTR located right in front of the hotel and convenient to get to Taipei 101, Chiang Kai Shek and Taipei Main Station. Breakfast spread was large with fruits, vegetables, protein and carbs. They also provide instant cup noodles in the evening and a snack in the lobby at 8pm. Hotel is currently under renovation though so the lift (only 1!) can sometimes be a little slow

The Dandy is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Fantastic amenities and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Solid breakfast with lots of options. Just be aware that the booking through Expedia may be prepaid, so if you need flexibility it is not strictly a reservation.
