Location was great to and close to the supermarkets..

Great location very clean and super comfy beds

Great place cost / benefit Spacious. Not far from the main areas in Cannes.

This is DEFINITELY NOT a four star - the first night of arrival we were late getting in and the first impression was grim. Front desk was nice enough but it was not a feel good feeling overall. Furniture in the guest area was stained- we got to our room and it was dark and honestly gave me an anxiety attack- felt like a chalk outline should have been on the floor. Stains on the furniture, and curtains, walls and carpets. Bathtub had a chunk of tile missing. We tried to do any early check out the next morning as we were to stay for 9 days. They would not accommodate as we did not take the refund package on Expedia. Wanting to leave on these appalling conditions so early you’d think rules could have been bent a little and given at least 50% back. The hallways were also extremely stained and the hotel smell gave me a huge headache as I am smell sensitive. They did reluctantly change our room after having to inspect our room to make sure it was what we had said. Needless to say we lasted only 4 days and ate the cost of our room. We had to go out and buy our own dish cloths and disappointed in the sandpaper like towels. Bare minimum supplies to use. Area was sketchy with the closest grocery store having two smashed windows. Would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Check-in vraiment tard pour un check out très tôt. Il y a une option pour un late check out assez abordable. L'hôtel est bien situé et est propre. La communication ne s'est pas très bien faite pour le late check out entre le staff mais ça s'est finalement bien terminé. Il serait bien de revoir l'heure du check-in. L'hôtel reste quand même un bon choix pour des séjours à cause du prix.

Very bad hotel dirty to much dirty I booked for 4 nights and when I arrived after 15 minutes I check out terrible cleaning

The room is good but still waiting for my security which is not given to me back in mt account and very hard to contact them. Better pay them in cash not card😅

Close to main town. Facilities very good and staff very helpful.

This property is 15 minutes walk from the train station and roughly 30 mins from the beach, shopping, etc. Its not convenient if you plan to walk and I didn't find the staff accommodating
