Rooms are old and the humidity was bad

The room very clean beach view excellent I recommend the hotel.

I love staying here every time I’m in cancun. Although this time no one showed me to my room. So I had to lug my luggage and figure out where my room was all alone. And the staff was not friendly. One man in particular. Otherwise loved my stay close to all the fun outside and safe

The hotel was nice for the activities and all inclusive the food was great but some staff try so hard for you to buy there promotions and discounts, the room needs upgraded beds are not comfy and felt like moist the best part was the staff for the activities specially Ruby she was wonderful fun and great costumer services.

Staff was not friendly

Staff was amazing and very attentive! However the hotel was in need of repairs. The hot tub had mold around the perimeter edge and the bathroom door was in need of replacement as the bottom edge appeared cracked and swelled, perhaps from wear and tear of being right on the beach and moisture from the ocean water. The bathroom ceiling had sloppy patch work and was rusted along the edges. The thermostat in our room stopped working mid way through our trip and we were freezing throughout the night. Our room floor was never cleaned, as we could feel grit on the floor, so we couldn’t walk barefoot. On one of the days we didn’t receive any towels and had to request to have brought to our room. On one of the night there was a wedding outside by the beach right below us that had music blasting so loudly that I could feel the vibrations in my bed 7 floors up! When I called to ask to be changed to a different room because I had an early morning excursion I was told there was no availability and was given ear plugs. I will say what made the stay pleasant was the responsiveness of the staff when I called about the thermostat and towels. They also surprised me with champagne and a cake for my birthday which I’m guessing was a way to compensate for the numerous issues I complained about. The lobby and pool areas were spotless but the food was subpar and the same so we tired quickly of the options provided in the all inclusive option we chose.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our all inclusive dinner options every night drinks all day. Loved the pool, took an Uber to the casino and outdoor mall which was fun. My only complaint was the persistence of the timeshare rep over bearing. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time.

The restuarants at the property were terrible, great service but the food was super gross. Just eat at the buffet at the hotel, it’s mediocre but edible! The drinks were below average, you could tell they were trying to make them good but I think it’s just the mixers that were terrible, they also didn’t blend the frozen drinks enough so everything was lumpy. Staff was extremely friendly and nice and very accommodating. The room was clean but old…the pillows were lumpy. We didn’t know anything about the seaweed, so the beach was pretty much off limits. It was okay for the value.
