The Dormy Inn is a convenient and clean hotel. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. They offered a welcome drink of Nagano Apple Juice and they provide a complementary ramen for those working late. The top floor baths were well maintained and clean. The bath provided many amenities including razors and a yogurt drink. The rooms are on the small size and I came with a family so I booked 2 rooms. It was nice that the staff placed the rooms next door to each other. The breakfast was comprehensive and there was plenty of room for us. The only issue I had, and it bothered everyone in my party, were the pillows. The pillows are so hard that my wife got a headache and I’m still feeling a pain in my neck 3 days later.

I spent a few nights here to use as a base while exploring the area. I really appreciated their onsen, a lovely oasis. It was also very convenient to the train station for coming and going on day trips. Staff were great and the hotel was very comfortable.

consistently great Dormy Inn, great amenities like free ramen at 930 pm plus ice cream and yorgurt drink kept us coming back again and again. The room is clean and comfortable, wifi is super fast and breakfast was healthy and delicious. Our trip to Japan will always include a stay at Dormy Inn.
