Under renovation but had not posted notice at time of booking. No soap in shower. Ice machine set in main hallway which led to 12:00 & 5:30am noise when someone was getting ice.

$100 incidental fee not shared when booking. Front desk agent had a slight attitude and wasn't very helpful. Night guard outside asked if we smoked and to drive around the property out of sight of the cameras...smh - we dont smoke btw. Elevator had a horrible smell. Im just grateful my car wasn't broken into during our stay.

The hotel is under renovation which we did not know when booked. A little annoying to come into but they do have free breakfast while construction continues. The front door locks after 6 which is strange and they don’t accept certain debit cards for payments or deposits.
