The property was clean, and the rooms had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
However, I accidentally left my earrings in the room after checking out. I contacted the property immediately, but every time I called, I was told to call back in an hour. When I called again, I was given the same response repeatedly, and in the end, they never helped me recover my earrings. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected much better customer service when it came to helping a guest recover a lost personal item.
