Staff very helpful.

I was only there overnight and left at 4:30 am to catch my early train, so no opportunity for breakfast. My main reason for staying at this hotel was the proximity to the main rail station (Roma Termini). It was the absolute perfect location, with the door to the rail station just across the street.

Breakfast was pretty good. Air conditioning did not work in my whole stayed. Got stock in a small elevator.

Our stay at this hotel in May 2026 was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great suggestions on the restaurants around. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast room and variety of food was excellent. My only complain is the bathroom; even though it was clean there was no shower curtain to prevent the water splashing out of the tub on the floor. It would create a puddle of water as you step out of the tub and no amount of towel would dry it out and the slope of the floor wasn't right enough to direct the water to the drain. Plus there was no handle to hold on when you step out of the tub into that puddle. So if you are an elderly or have problem with balancing, you need to be careful. Another big problem that bothered me very much was the fluctuation of the water from cold to hot very frequently. So I couldn't stand under the shower and I had to play peekaboo with it to rinse myself or I would burn my skin. Other things to mention; We had reserved another branch of this chain hotel close to station, However a few days before our arrival, they sent an email that they have decided to move us to another location 6 blocks away from the station. We were not pleased with this change as we had booked this hotel mostly for the convenience of the location. But I guess their own convenience of filling their rooms was superior and decided to move us. My guess: they sell their best selling hotel but later they transfer the guests for their own advantage!!!

When I arrived the place they told me that my reservation was moved to another place. A couple blocks from there. They were full. Hotel Regio. The place was ok. Front lady desk kind of rude and the AC nit working.

Staff was available 24h and was really helpful. The staff provided extra amenities cuz we had 6 months old. Room amazing Staff amazing Breakfast amazing Neighbourhood amazing
