The staff were amazing from beginning to end. The receptionist were so helpful in helping us find places, call taxis, to managing laundry. The included breakfast covered our morning needs well to set us up for the rest of day!

I couldn't stay the whole time. There was black mold in the shower and it reeks of water damage. I couldn't sleep with the musty smell. They refused to refund me. The staff we very nice though.

The customer service is exceptional! One of the best service I've had with a hotel. Very responsive with messages, personalised, friendly and helpful. Asked for early check in, no problem. I had some personal issues with the room and asked to change after like 5 hours of checking in, they did it without asking questions. I'll be happy to stay there again! 10 stars if I can give it.
