The room is large and located very close the heart of the city. Convenient to eat and shop. Staff is friendly and accommodating. One on the AC units went out during our stay and that was fixed immediately.

10/10 for the staff. The staff was super polite, friendly and nice.
However, this hotel has “luxury” in the name, but it is far from that. We had the “penthouse”. It was dark, and the bathroom would flood every time you showered because it was poorly designed and built. Really awful design. This caused the floors to always be slippery and wet. On top of that you have to climb into a deep tub. Very dangerous for older people. This also caused cleanliness issues. Room was also a bit small for a “penthouse” and luxury. The price is very expensive for what you get. You could pay the same and get a much better hotel in the city in the same area. The lobby area is also super small and crowded.
I feel bad for giving a low rating, because the staff was really great. But the condition of the hotel wasnt great for the price at all.
