Location is great, but they put me in a smoking room and I first checked in and had to move me the next day even though I booked a non-smoking and the front desk staff are a little unfriendly

Nice hotel with lovely staff that was there for your every needs and so friendly
Whe had trouble with our navigation on our bikes that took us to another address that was on the hotel web site apparently this happens a lot in the area but was worth it when we found it

Very nice hotel in central location along the promenade at Cannakale. Good restaurant. Rooms are spacious. Only complaint: staff, to include front desk, speak minimal English or none at all.

Air conditioning in the room was very poor.

अच्छा The receptionist gave me bad information about buses to get to Troya. I found in the toilet shampoo bottle from the previous guest. The air condition was a joke. There were only greek channels. English lessons to the staff would be nice.
