We stayed here from Monday through Friday, and while the property itself is showing its age, the staff truly made our experience a positive one. Check-in was delayed by nearly an hour, which was frustrating after a day of travel, but the team handled the situation professionally and even offered us a bottle of champagne as a thoughtful gesture. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The highlight was how wonderful they were with our toddler son. The hotel has a very family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff consistently went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their warmth and patience made a real difference and left a lasting impression. The room was quite small and could use some maintenance, with chipped walls and signs of wear throughout. That said, the location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, this is probably best suited for a short stay rather than a weeklong trip due to the condition and size of the rooms. However, the exceptional staff and family-friendly environment are what stand out most. If management invests in updating the property, it could become a much stronger destination. In the meantime, the people working here are its greatest asset.

The maid did not closed the door

Location is quiet area , also is very easy to reach out the shops and the public transportation. Appreciate the help of the staff. The manager provided a lot of information. Very nice to offer the cake the made by himself. My husband was enjoying the warm cake very time when we returned to the hotel. Especially thanks to his kindness to us during our visit

Great location close to all the main attractions.Hotel I a good 3 star lacking a bar which would be useful. Good value for money.

Breakfast was great every day and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our closet door hinge was damaged, but i reported it as we were leaving and i am confident it will be repaired. The only small complaint is that the stairwell needed to be vacuumed more often. There were days when the carpet on the stairs was not clean! Otherwise, the room, while small, was clean and comfortable!

Didn’t purchase breakfast but everything was good

The hotel is conveniently located behind Champs Élysées. The Eiffel Tower is a 20 minute walk away. It’s in a suburb so is nice and quite. The staff are accommodating. There is a Monoprix supermarket located around the corner. It has been renovated recently and the bathroom is nice and big. And the best part check out is at noon!

clean spacious room , very nice and helpful staff

Convenient location. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy bathroom. Shower was a bit tricky as it was just hooked to the wall (rather than fitted to a riser pole). The chap serving breakfast didn’t really do any serving, just hovered awkwardly, so we didn’t get any hot food and had to make do with the cold buffet. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is definitely not a place to stay for more then a night or so, the 3 stars are for the Customer Service, the Hotel & the paid breakfast gets 2 stars. The first thing you notice walking in is the foul smell, its a unique blend of cigarette's, rotten eggs and cheap perfume. Elevator is very small, you can not go up with 2 people and 2 hand carry bags at a time. Once upstairs, the corridor was dark, I have to find the light switch by turning my cell[hone light on. We booked the so called "Superior Room" but the room was small, with basic bed, 2 night stands, a small side table, a mini fridge with 1 water bottle, a heating water kettle and free Tea. The bathroom was very basic, the design of the toilet was extremely poor, I am a small person, have no clue how a bigger person can use it. Once sitting you have no room to move your arms or legs around. I breakfast was very very standard with very few choices, the beat part of the breakfast was again the staff not the breakfast. The only thing really stand out is the Hotel Staff, excellent manners very nice, very friendly and kind. Mr. Ahmed greeted us and helped us with the questions we had.
