New property with simple furnishing, clean and spacious. A very good place to stay if you have own car and fit the whole family.

The building is new but it is surrounded by other buildings that are under-construction. So it is very noisy during the mornings and the whole day. Checking-in process was poor, do not text the property manager as he will not respond. The apartment is new and reasonably clean, the bed is comfortable and provided a reasonable one-night stay.

Soundproofing of the room was bad. Was very disturbed by neighbours checking in very late at night.

1. Check in time supposed to be 3 pm, but when we were there , the property is yet ready for check ( we are there about 3:10 pm) , house keeping just started to make up, we need to wait in the property ( the unit we stay) about 10 minute before everything is ready.
2. There is unit of Television , but is not working . no TV cable is connected to TV. it seem to be for display/ decoration purpose only.
3. there is 2 unit bathroom , master bedroom water heater got having problem . it unable to working properly . we need to manually to press the button to enjoy hot water.
4. as a home stay unit / concept, this unit provide fan ( as the surrounding at mount- cool weather ) but there is not remote control for the fan .
