I was apprehensive at first, but generally a good stay. A 3 star hotel experience. Desmond is a wonderful front desk staff!

Hotel, bom, bem localizado, lugar, bonito, bem atendido. Bom atendimento. Mas, ar-condicionado, com um barulho à noite toda, sem manutenção, eu voltaria nesse lugar Sim, preço ótimo. mas necessita ver esse barulho muito alto à noite toda.

Only issue was fridge was not cold

Service desk was always helpful, and the same for the cleaning and restaurant. Location is very good,

I stayed at the Time Express Hotel Al Khan for 2 weeks, the location was somewhat convenient for me, but it may not be for others as I needed to crossover a few main roads/highways to get to the main part of town. My room was a bit dirty when I arrived, there was chipped paint in the shower and dust on the floors, suggesting the room may not have been used for awhile. The locks on the sliding doors to the balcony also did not work. I also had to run the tap and shower for a few seconds for the water to turn clear. Housekeeping did eventually clean my room but I wish they could have left more clean towels instead of just one. What I did like was the staff were friendly and helpful. For the first week or so, breakfast was delivered to my room as the dining hall downstairs was closed for covid protocols. The staff provided a good variety of different food and a big serving which I enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend staying at the Time Express Al Khan. Thanks

Annoying guys in the other room were shouting and playing till very late hours l. Cooridor and lift were fully smill of smoking
