Although updated and clean, and good budget rooms, the walls are not soundproof and there was a locked door between rooms with gaps. Could hear everyone's toiletting and conversations, door slamming etc.. View from room was over the bay but the industrial wharf site and wood chip pile was in front of the bay.

Have stayed here a number of times by choice, as its clean, comfortable, has free off street parking, a restaurant and is close to many other dining options. Its also reasonably priced.

Check in staff very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and well layed out. Bathroom was modern with shower in bath arrangement. Besides the usual, also had toaster and microwave oven, which was handy. Not far from anything. Beach and shops about a 5-10 min walk away. Quiet up on the 4th floor. Would definitely recommend.
