Annette is the best. Always ask for Annette very kind always tries go above and beyond the call of Duty. Have always wondered why when Aaron works he never answers the phone nor returns calls when a messages is left.

Beautiful area. Nice place. Super comfortable and clean. Perfect spot in Pacific Grove! Everything in PG is walkable from it. 5 minute drive to the aquarium. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit! Thanks, Annette, for being such a great hostess!

Location is nice. They had a thermostat but the AC didn't work. We use unfortunately but the place had fans available. Small,

This is a basic budget motel - adequate, but I have no desire to return to this property. Pros: - located in a nice neighborhood that is an easy 1-mile walk to the heart of Pacific Grove - friendly and helpful front desk staff - the king bed room was large enough for 2 people to move around comfortably. Cons: - fewer parking spaces than rooms. Our room did not have a parking space, and when we parked at the closest space, the people who were checking into the room directly in front of that space tried to make us move - the hot tub (which had a warning sign instructing people with diarrhea to stay out) was often occupied by groups playing loud music or the World Cup. The hot tub is right next to the fire pit, so no quiet relaxation timethere. - paper thin walls. We could hear the next room's TV. Thankfully, the parking-space-cranky occupants were not amorous. - one small, thin bath towel per guest (so small that it barely fit around me, a size 8 female) - the shower head was so low that I had to duck to wet my hair - black mold in the shower handles - the bathroom floor grout was so grimy and dark, it made me want to go home to get my steam mop - lumpy bed - one of the coffee cups was lined with dried coffee, into which the coffee packet was stuck

This was a wonderful quirky little gem. We'd definitely stay here again, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great. It was a bit like staying in the backyard bungalow of an 85 year relative, cleanish and slightly worn.

We picked this hotel based on positive reviews that it was a good place for couples. The hotel price was over $300 per night. Our room was dirty, hot, no AC, only a rusty box fan, and had poor Wi-Fi. There was mold in the bathroom and the floors were filthy. See photos, my new white socks were black with dirt after one night. This hotel was close to town and sights and the lady at the front desk was friendly but would not recommend. Had high hopes but left very disappointed.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable from beginning to end. The amenities coupled with affordability will have us returning real quick. This was our first stay in Pacific Grove and we fell in love with it all.

Location was convenient to the beach

Nice clean room, spacious with kitchen and nice hot tub and fire pit. Good parking and walking distance from the golf course, Light House, and beach! We saw many deer and fawns!
